(ii) Farmers Forum's Help Finder

For the sake of privacy we collect a separate set of information about you when you use our help finder; post a request for work or workers on our Help Finder service. Information collected includes: Your Name, Address (which is then converted into GPS co-ordinates and stored), Whether you're looking for Work or Workers, Contact information (Phone number), and any additional information you provide when using our Help Finder Service. We keep track of Search Information gathered through the use of the Help Finder and also Offers provided to you by others using our Help Finder.

If you use Farmers Forum, information is recorded about your visit for statistical, research and quality assurance purposes which allows us to improve this website and our services. Farmers Forum also uses cookies and session tools to improve your experience when visiting this website. The information collected may include your IP address, the referring site and the pages visited on this website. IP addresses could be used to track a users session while the user remains anonymous. Farmers Forum analyses this data for certain trends and statistics, such as which parts of this website users are visiting and how long they spend there. Your information is used to identify you when you post to our forum, such information will include information written in the said forum post, along with the name you have provided to us in your profile. 

(ii) Help Finder

Your information posted to our Help Finder is disclosed to other Help Finder users, not including contact information or given addresses. Contact information will only be disclosed to a Help Finder user IF you personally send an offer to another party through our service.

(iii) Disclosure

Farmers Forum will not disclose your information to third parties, outside of the unlikely event of an investigation where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to disclose activity or data on an individual or individuals. This policy is subject to change, and you will be notified if such a change is made to this policy.

D. How Farmers Forum Stores and Secures information we collect.

Farmers Forum stores and secures its users' information in two ways; currently information is stored in secure databases, and also in secure Mapbox Datasets. Farmers Forum will make every effort possible to ensure your information is Secure and Up-to-date with the data that you have submitted to us, however we cannot absolutely guarantee the safety of your information. Use Farmers Forum at your own risk.

E. How to access and control your information.

Farmers Forum allows its users to control information it provides us in the following ways:

(i) Forum

You can edit information given in forum posts directly on the post. You can also navigate to your profile page to edit your name and other information you choose to make available.

(ii) Help Finder

Information given and posted to the Help Finder Map can always be edited or removed via the menu. 

(iii) Contact

Currently in order to delete your account completely with Farmers Forum, you must contact us using the methods below, and ask to have your account removed.
