I am currently Working on a web page for this, but until that is done I thought i would Include everything here, and update it as i go - before the page is fully completed.
How does it work? - The Specifics.
For How To Use
The Help Finder works in a sequence, all up there are a total of 5 different actions a user can take.
Post => Search => Offer => Accept => Active Work
A Post Contains all of your information and what you are looking for, whether it be Work or Help.
Posts will be displayed on the Help Finder at OR around the Address Supplied.
Post information can be Edited whenever it is needed, However you cannot Edit what it is you are looking for. Editing does not take away from your "posts left" count.
Addresses can be fiddly, sometimes bringing up the wrong coordinates, and so there is included a tool to "fetch" your current co-ordinates, based on your internet Geolocation. This Works best on mobile, whereas often if found with wifi/wired connection, it is often the internet providers nearest 'node' location.
A post takes a 'posts left' count from your weekly limits.
Posts can remain up for an Infinite amount of time (for now) until they are either:
Taken Down by the owner,
Or an offer has been accepted by a user with the "Original Post on Active Work" setting enabled. To disable this setting, Upgrade your account.
Posts are counted towards your Total Posts statistics regardless of what kind of post you make.
Posts will be placed on the Help Finder map at the time of posting without a review process.
Please note that if your post is in violation of TOS or is nonsensical (without good reason) and off topic, your post Will be deleted the moment it is found, and action may be taken against your account.
Searching is available after you have made a post.
If you have one Post, the search will be for that post specifically, from the location of the address/co-ordinates supplied to the help finder.
If you have multiple Posts, you can choose between them as to which post you wish you to be the origin of your search.
Searches will always show results from the opposite post.
For example, if your post is Looking for Work, it will search Looking for Help posts.
The search function finds a limited amount of posts, Closest to you and displays them on the Help Finder in the form of green dots.
Once you have search results, you can switch between Post Heatmaps and Search Results via the buttons in the top right corner that will now be visible to you.
You can access individual search results in two ways:
By clicking the green dots on the map
By clicking the Individual row on the Search Results table in the Home page of the Menu.
You can delete individual search results.
A Search takes a 'searches left' count from your weekly limits.
Searches with less then 3 results will not, Consider them freebies.
Free users will be able to search for a max of 5 results per search.
Previously searched results will not be brought up again, unless you run out of possible search results, in which case they will be shown again.
Users can send offers for individual search results.
When sending an offer, it will automatically Load the related Post (The post which you used in to search), into a form.
You can edit and tail your offer to the recipient (if you choose to) before sending it.
Sending an offer will delete that Search Result, to prevent sending more then 1 offer.
You can send multiple offers to different people for the same post.
If Accepted, your Original Post, Offers Sent and Search Results for that Post will all be deleted.
Can be disabled in Account Settings - Available with an active subscription.
This is because it is assumed that the vacancy/request has been fulfilled, and the Original Post would be deleted.
You cannot at this point in time, access or delete your offer.
You will be Notified by Email if your offer has been accepted.
